Gel nails price ?

My first time getting gel nails was at this place and it cost me around 40$ and then i went to this other place and it was 25$





I'm allergic to acrylic nails but not gel.





Though at the place where i got it done for 40$ I didn't get a reaction but when i got it done at the other place for 25$ I had a reaction.





Is it possible that they put acrylic instead?


Even though i kept asking the lady if she was sure it was gel she was putting on %26amp; she confirmed it was.
