If people with one arm go to get their nails done, do they pay half price?

Sometimes some questions are in such bad taste that it is demeaning to answer them, so I won't.If people with one arm go to get their nails done, do they pay half price?
I havent had this but my (sort of) sister in law is also a nail tech and she did have someone come in with only one hand...and yes she only charged her half price!!If people with one arm go to get their nails done, do they pay half price?
