revlon is ok. where you want to spend the money is on a good topcoat. thats what prevents chipping. i go to sallys and i love it. orly makes a great polish, comparable to opi. fingerpaints are good too. sallys sometimes has sales, look for coupons in the store flyers as well. Sally's has a ton of nail polish, various brands... ranging from less than $1.00 to probably $10.00 a bottle.
They have a lot that are under $4.00, and they are educated in what brands you can get for a good price with good value.
Yea, totally. No REVLON isn't that great of a brand...
